RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - After a quick inch or two of snow across Central Virginia Saturday afternoon, the snow is exiting the picture. Now we have concern for a refreeze with icy spots possible on roads and bridges headed into the overnight.

It will be bitterly cold for March overnight with low temperatures dropping into the low 20s and even the teens by Sunday morning. Bundle up!

A gusty breeze up to 30mph will continue through the evening before becoming much lighter overnight.

This is likely winter’s last hurrah, with temperatures quickly turning warmer on Monday as we climb into the 60s.
