Marshall Street Plaza closed for repairs due to burst pipe

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - The city of Richmond said Tuesday that the Marshall Street Plaza is closed for “emergency repairs” after a pipe burst late Monday afternoon.
The plaza is located at 900 E. Marshall St.
The water is back on for residents, but additional repairs are needed.
There’s currently no information on when it will reopen.
