Driver dies in crash on I-95 near Parham Road

HENRICO, Va. (WWBT) -Virginia State Police say one man has died in a crash on I-95 in Henrico Wednesday afternoon.
Police arrived on the scene at I-95 southbound near Parham Road and Chamberlayne Avenue around 3:30 p.m. on March 8 on the report of a car crash.
Police say a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan failed to maintain proper control, struck the embankment off the right shoulder, and overturned. The driver, 43-year-old Keith Bynum of Richmond, was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.
Bynum was not wearing a seatbelt, and officers believe alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
All southbound lanes on I-95 were closed for around 3 hours before reopening.
